Yaritza Y. Navedo was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and grew up in the towns of Toa Alta and Dorado. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a degree in Marketing. She is a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor, Investor, President of Melvin M Navedo Real Estate, and Co-Founder and Vice President of the Navedo Family Foundation. Mrs. Navedo has 17 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in Puerto Rico.

Through her years of experience, she has had the opportunity to work hand in hand with her husband, Mr. Navedo, to help countless talented young people to move forward both personally and professionally. Mrs. Navedo knows and recognizes that there are many talented young people in Puerto Rico who unfortunately have their dreams shattered because they do not have the economic power to achieve them. Along with her husband, she recognizes the importance and power of giving others by grace, what has been received by grace and that is her priority through the Navedo Family Foundation.

Mr. Juan Perez was born in the town of Bayamon, Puerto Rico and grew up in the town of Toa Baja. He completed university studies at the University of Puerto Rico, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

For the past few years, he has directed the accounting, administration and closing department at Latin American Financial, a mortgage bank. He is certified as a Mortgage Loan Closing Officer.

He is characterized by his ability to serve and help other people to grow and achieve their dreams.

Merylee Suazo, was born in the town of San Juan and grew up in Levittown, the town of Toa Baja. She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Criminology from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.

She has been an entrepreneur for more than 30 years in Puerto Rico, always ranked number 1 in her field, while creating unforgettable memories through educational and traditional trips.

She has been a consultant to several companies, helping them on the path to business success. She manages short- and long-term rental properties.

She loves serving those in need and identifying and developing talented young people to help them grow professionally.

Melvin M. Navedo was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and grew up in the towns of Dorado and Toa Baja. He has a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Phoenix. He is a financial advisor, investor, Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor, founder of Melvin M Navedo Real Estate, owner and president of Latin American Financial, a mortgage bank on our Island, and founder and president of the Navedo Family Foundation.

Through his companies, he has managed to help many Puerto Rican families, not only to own their home, but also to help those who already have a home to maintain it. During his more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur on our Island, Mr. Navedo has had the opportunity to help a few talented young people start their journey both personally and professionally. This through numerous activities to promote entrepreneurship, community leadership and economic development. Today, there are many young entrepreneurs who have had the opportunity to be part of this initiative. It is for them and for each of the young people who do not have the necessary resources to develop their talents that the Navedo Family Foundation was born.

Ariana Navedo was born in the town of San Juan. She is currently an honor student at the University of Puerto Rico, where she is in her third year of college, with a view to completing a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Ariana was part of the legal magazine for young university students of the UPR. Ariana's plans are to continue her studies in law and become a lawyer. Ariana has always identified with the social problems of Puerto Rico.

Elienai Ferrer was born in the town of Bayamon. She is currently an honor student at the Ana G. Mendez University, where she is in her third year of college, with a view to completing a bachelor's degree in Molecular Cellular Biology. Elienai's plans are to continue her studies in medicine and become a heart surgeon. Elienai is a youth leader at her church, and she has always loved to help and serve.

Yuliana Navedo was born in the town of San Juan. She is currently in the 12th grade of high school where she stands out as an honor student. Yuliana's plans are to start her university studies in Psychology. Yuliana is the president of her class, and she has always felt an interest in helping those who need it.

Pablo I. Rivera was born in the town of San Juan and grew up in the town of Carolina. He has a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Master degree in Theology with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling from the Voice To The Nations Ministerial Institute of Puerto Rico. Pablo has studies too in Marketing at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and Kitchen Chef Certification at Hotel School of San Juan.

Pablo is too Real Estate Broker, Investor and has more the 20 years working in La X station Radio in Puerto Rico, ranked at the seller numbers 1 in the company.

Pablo has a great passion helping the youth, and is a Youth Pastor at “Tu Casa de Restauracion Familiar Church”.

Yorly Quiles was born in Bayamon town, Puerto Rico, and grew up in the town of Dorado. She has a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences of the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and a Master Degree in Families and Couples Counseling.

He has worked for the public service with young people with deficiencies in basic subjects, coordinating workshops to reinforce their strengths, through proposals with employers, offering English classes, computer, etcetera, in order to help them complete the superior school, complete their degree and be placed in a job related to what they studied. She has worked for the Corrections and Rehabilitation Administration with inmates who was nearing release and completion of their sentence.

She worked for the Family Department helping low-income families.

She currently co-owns Santana Transportation Company Inc., company that she runs with her husband. She is also co-owner of a coffee shop, established in the town of Carolina.

Yorly has always worked in the area of service to others, especially to young people, which is one of her greatest passions and what satisfies her the most.
