The Navedo Family Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2022 by Puerto Rican businessman Melvin M. Navedo, the also a businesswoman, his wife Yaritza and their daughters Ariana, Elienai and Yuliana. Its mission is to empower marginalized communities by promoting social justice in Puerto Rico and achieving equal access to socioeconomic development opportunities in our country. The Navedo Family Foundation wants to be an option for young Puerto Ricans to identify their gifts or talents and develop them for their professional or business growth.

Mission
Empower young people and low-income community leaders to have better opportunities for personal and economic growth; with the purpose of promoting the ideals of social justice of our Island. We will achieve this by developing community leaders, using entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurship, and innovative companies.
Helping them while them help others
Allow them to contribute with their talents and gifts for the development and personal and professional growth of others, encouraging them to empower them as leaders for our Island. We want to be an option for young Puerto Ricans to identify their gifts or talents and develop them for their professional or business growth.
